CPSC offers arts-based camps intersession and summer camps that are a natural extension of our child-centered, project-based school program. Our camps serve kindergartners through fifth graders. Intersession Camp Offerings for Fall 2010

SESSION I
Week of Sept. 27 - Oct. 1

Got Talent?
(ages 5-11)

Are you a hoop dancer, juggler or a comedian? If you love to act, dance or sing then this is the week for you! We'll learn about some famous local artists and experience what it takes to put on a staged show. Bring your talent and we'll provide the stage!

*Children will perform for their families at the end of the week.

SESSION II
Week of Oct. 4 - 8

Turning Trash
Into Treasures
(ages 5-11)

Let your imagination take the lead! Using recyclable materials including wood, paint, cardboard, fabrics and more, we will invent, create, re-think, and transform trash into treasures. We will also learn about artists who make a living out of finding creative ways to reuse everyday things.

Hours, Fees and Other Details

Camp hours are 8:30 am to 3:15 pm (the same as CPSC's school day). Extended Day options are available for an additional fee, with drop off beginning at 7:30am and pick up by 6:00pm.

Mornings focus on themed classes. Afternoon activities may include indoor and outdoor games, field trips, sports and plenty of time to share the day's events with friends.

Campers bring lunch and a morning snack. Healthy snacks are provided for the afternoon.

Cost per camper: $220 per session with no extra enrollment fee.
(Sibling discount $35 less per session)
Extended day: before-care $20; after-care $55

Priority registration for CPSC students until August 16, 2010: reserve your camper's space with a non-refundable $80 deposit.

Open registration ends September 10, 2010: full payment due for all campers.

Late registrations accepted if space is available, with an additional $20 late registration fee.
